The weather was far colder than I had anticipated, good job scouts for sticking with it. The hike did help to warm us up.
The only thing missing was...THE GEESE! It must have too warm for them. Remember the Snow Geese in PA spend summer in Greenland.
At least we had a great view of a Bald Eagle, having landed in a tree right in front of us. I was in too much awe to take a picture of it.
